Our Cancellation Policy

We realize that sometimes things come up in our lives and throw our plans out the window. If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 7 days before the class begins and we will give you class credit (meaning that your class fee can be applied to an upcoming class offered at the Stick). If you cancel less than 7 days before the class begins, you will lose 50% of your class registration fee and the other 50% will be given to you as class credit. Cancellations the day of or no shows will forfeit his or her class fee.

Please note: there are no refunds for classes. Class credit is good for one year – use it or lose you it!

Attendance for the first session of any class is mandatory. We do not do make-up classes, so it’s your responsibility to attend. If you need to miss a class after the first session, we recommend that you try to squeeze in some extra studio time so you can make progress on your project.
